Q: What are some good healthy, high energy foods that I can snack on during the day to keep my energy up?

A: Foods that keep your energy up — Here are a few – carrots, fresh carrot juice, berries, dark leafy greens, raw nuts with an apple. The idea behind energy is not to waste it on digesting the food.     Alot more people need to realize what holistic care and therapy is and the way it can help, I thoroughly enjoyed this post and I’m hoping that others did aswell. BTW I hope you don’t my if I link this to my site, becuase i know my readers would want this, Thanks.
