I consume very wholesome, but, my husband is confident him and my 3 son’s require the junk within their live’s. I am a food Nazi if I don’t get commercially made chips n snacks, I never ever purchase soda pop, only whole milk h20 and 100% juices and they dislike that. They also will simply consume a select amount of vegetables. How can i start changing the way my hubby feels about these food types. He could be a junky lol a preservitive, junky. If it’s bad, he wants it.

Foods that keep your energy up -- Here are a few - carrots, fresh carrot juice, berries, dark leafy greens, raw nuts with an apple.
The idea behind energy is not to waste it one digesting the food. So follow my proper food combining rules and you will increase your energy immediately. Try it for a couple of days.
