Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups sprouted wheat berries
  • 1 tablespoon Agave Nectar
  • 2 teaspoons Flax Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
  • 1/2 head Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds raw
  • 1 tablespoon Almond slivers
  • 1 medium Organic Tomato small chunks
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Herb Spice
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro optional

Directions

Warm the rice up if you have time! Mix all ingredients except the bread seasoning together. Sprinkle the seasoning over the top.
