Energy Juice

Ingredients
  • 4 mediums Carrots
  • 3 stalks Celery
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 whole Apple
  • 1/2 bunch Spinach
Directions
Wash all produce before juicing. Feed each ingredient into the juicer.  Dilute the juice with 1/3 part water, so it is not too concentrated. Hold the first two sips in your mouth for 15 to 20 seconds before swallowing, this way it activates your digestive juices that begin in the mouth. Drink right away or store the juice in a glass jar inside the fridge and drink within 1 day.
