Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 5 cloves Raw Garlic minced
  • 6 Baby Red Potatos diced
  • 1/4 Head Cauliflower Cut into small florets
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • dash Chili Powder or cayenne
  • 16 ounces Organic Vegetable Broth
  • 1/2-1 cup Water
  • 3 tablespoons Jalapeno Chopped
  • 1 bunch Kale ribbed and torn

Directions

Heat the oil in a large saucepan and cook onion for 4 minutes. Add the potatoes and cover for 3 minutes. Add the cauliflower cook for additional 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients to pan and simmer for 8 minutes. Enjoy!
