  • 2 cups red cabbage finely chopped
  • 2 cups green cabbage finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup cashews small pieces
  • 4 teaspoons raw honey
  • 2 tablespoons sweet red chili oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 pinches pepper
  • 1/2 cup cilantro finely chopped


In a saucepan, warm up honey with the red chili oil then add lime or lemon juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Combine with cabbage and mix well. Optional: lightly toast cashews in a dry fry pan on medium high heat for about 4-5 minutes and sprinkle on top of salad. Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve chilled. Serves 4.
