7 Day Colon Cleanse and Liver Cleanse

4-7 Day Cleanse Overview: Where to Start & Why It Matters

This 7-day cleanse is designed to systematically open detox pathways, support the liver, gallbladder, and kidneys, and clear the colon so your body
can effectively release stored toxins—enhancing energy levels, hormone balance, and immune function.

This 7-day cleanse is designed to guide your body through three key phases of cleansing so you’re not just detoxing—but doing it effectively and
completely.

The 3 Phases of Cleansing

Phase 1: Open (Days 1–2)

We begin by opening detox pathways—supporting the colon, liver, and bile flow. This ensures your body has a clear exit route for toxins.

Phase 2: Mobilize (Days 3–5)

Once pathways are open, the body begins to mobilize deeper stored toxins from tissues. This is where real cleansing happens beneath the surface.

Phase 3: Eliminate & Rebuild (Days 6–7)

The final phase focuses on eliminating toxins efficiently while also beginning to restore the gut microbiome and balance the system.

This cleanse is designed to systematically open detox pathways, support the liver, gallbladder, and kidneys, and clear the colon so your body can
effectively release stored toxins—enhancing energy, hormone balance, and immune function. Rather than forcing detox, this process guides your body through a complete and effective sequence of cleansing.

Important Note

If you do not have a gallbladder → Do NOT take Malic Acid → Do NOT do the evening drink of olive oil and lemon.

How Key Supplements Work

NAC / Milk Thistle → Works inside the liver (processing and protection).

Phosphatidylcholine (PC) → Works outside the liver (movement and elimination) → Helps produce and move bile.

Ox Bile → Supports fat digestion by providing additional bile.

FULL ENEMA INSTRUCTIONS

Enema bags can be purchased at any drug store. They consist of a 2-quart capacity rubber bag, a hose, and a nozzle. The bag is filled with liquid and hung above the body, close enough for the hose to reach the rectum. The nozzle is inserted into the rectum. A valve on the hose allows you to control the flow of liquid into the colon. An enema involves putting liquids into your colon, holding the liquid for a period of time and then evacuating the liquids into a toilet. Evacuation can take from 2 to 15 minutes for each enema. Just be patient. Make sure to read and follow the instructions provided with the enema bag you are using for assembly.

Types of Enemas & How to Do them

Enema Procedure:

Use an enema bag with a rectal tube or a Faultless brand fountain syringe. If you use a fountain syringe, it is important to use the douche nozzle, which is long enough to extend beyond the nerve endings in the rectum. Lubricate the rectal tube or douche nozzle with KY® jelly or olive oil. DO NOT use petroleum jelly or any other petroleum product including mineral oil, which will destroy the vitamins and minerals in the colon. Have a small bowl of water containing a disinfectant solution (soap and water) available in which to place the nozzle following the enema procedure.

Prepare a comfortable place to lie on the bathroom floor with towels and pillows. Position the enema bag no higher than 20 inches above the hips; for example, hanging from the doorknob. Lie on your back and insert the lubricated tube or douche tip into the rectum. Release the clamp on
the hose to allow the solution to enter the colon slowly. When pressure builds, clamp the flow and lay on your right side (Note: It is okay to stay lying on your back if that is more comfortable). Massage your abdomen with a small amount of olive oil, moving left to right in line of the colon (in
an upside down U shape) until you feel more comfortable. When the pressure subsides, resume until all the solution has been used. Never let the pressure get intolerable. Remove the nozzle, hold the solution in the rectum for 7-10 minutes and evacuate it into the toilet. If you can’t hold in the
liquid that long you may evacuate sooner. After you have held the liquid in for 7-10 minutes, you can speed up the evacuation of fluids from the colon by massaging the colon from right to left. Use a little olive oil to help lubricate your belly as you massage the line of the colon right to let.
When done, clean the nozzle in soap and water. For the second and third enemas, lie on alternate sides, or on your back when massaging the abdomen. Always try to massage following the line of the colon from left to right when you are doing the enema. It is ideal to retain the coffee enema
for a full 15 minutes before evacuating. This allows the coffee enough time to do its job. After the coffee enema, on the last day, you will finish up with the probiotics enema.

Distilled Water Enema:
Two quarts of distilled water, warmed to 98°F in your enema bag.
Organic Coffee Enema:

Combine one quart of water and 4-6 tablespoons of organic coffee and run it through a drip coffee maker. If you don’t have a coffee maker, boil the ground coffee in the water for 15 minutes. Strain through a coffee filter or cheese cloth to remove the grounds. Dilute the prepared coffee with one quart of distilled water. Warm the diluted coffee to 98°F and pour into the enema bag for use.

Probiotic Enema:

A coffee enema must be followed by a probiotic enema to reestablish healthy intestinal flora, which is killed by the coffee. Empty two probiotic capsules into two quarts of warmed distilled (98°F) water and fill the enema bag.
